The Maryland Coalition on Mental Health and Aging provides a forum for aging, mental health, consumer, family and professional associations and government agencies to work together to address concerns and improve the situation of older adults with mental health needs.
The Maryland Coalition on Mental Health and Aging (the “Coalition”) was established with the recognition that older adult mental health needs were unique and often overlooked. The Coalition was established in 1994 and was soon adopted as a program of the Mental Health Association of Maryland with all aspects of mental health and mental illness. Learn more »

The mission of the Johns Hopkins Geriatric Education Center Consortium (JHGECC) is to provide geriatric educational programs to health professionals in Maryland. Formed in 2002, the Consortium is an educational initiative of the Division of Geriatric Medicine and Gerontology of the Department of Medicine of the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
